The Watchers on the Wall - 4x9 Game of Thrones

Jon Snow and the Night's Watch face a big challenge.

I almost had ters with the you know who's death, very intersting episode and I cant SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS-believe they are going to continue this battle next episode, looks legit. Very well SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS- made, can not believe they had fucking mammoths. That was insane. Also, judging SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS-by the preview, Bran's storyline will finnaly get intersting! Aleluia

Basically you're a tool, obviously nobody gives a damn what you say or do in the real world so you come on here to provoke a reaction on the things people actually care about... And for the record i have also read the books as i'm sure many people have on here,, i wonder why we all don't feel the need to compulsively spoil for others..

Why? you do this every time GOT is on, spoil it for the people who haven't read the books. Does it make you feel empowered knowing a story that some people do not and then telling it before they reach that stage in the show....

Yeah true i forgot about bran, they will probably show him at least once. it would be kind of cool to finally get some action in his storyline, without coldhands the only action he got was the casters keep thingy and that ended very fast.

I'm just putting it out there, but if you're worried about another stark getting killed just remember that jon snow is practically a stark, he is going to be in a battle, and has already had an attempt on his life made by his brothers in the night's watch. Plus arya is no longer of any value to the hound, he may just decide to off her. And Bran is north of the wall, probably "standing" between Mance's army and the wall. Just wanted to point out how easily a stark could get killed in this episode.

Read the books you get such a better feel for the characters that way. It really is worth reading just for that alone, hated some parts of this show because you dont get as good a feel for the characters like Tyrion defending kings landing he did so much more to help with the battle. They took out the giant iron chain that spanned the river blocking the boats from retreat. I do admit it would have been very hard to do that battle the exact way but still.

I knew but I could never compare knowing with seeing, I felt like I couldnt breathe first watching Oberyn snake in and out and strike, then crush :( and my heart stopped, why is it that every character I grow to love must die on this show, I just started liking Jamie and Sansa, Littlefinger and Tyrion always been a favorite, Jon I like but sooooo bored, who else is going to die. I thought this whole Joffrey being dead thing would be enough of a win for Team Goodish Guys, but just damn its really not.

And what do you expect before the episode airs, of course people are going to speculate what's going to happen
If you don't want to see spoilers don't visit the comment section until the links are up... and it's easy then to scroll past those spoilers since they're texts and not links

But people should mark their spoilers anyway ... and please seriously don't just put short sentences like "this character dies" cause that's easily picked up without properly trying to read comments but scanning for links... That's just stupid and kinda mean

Anyway that's my small rant on the constant subject of spoilers ....

The Mountain and the Viper - Game of Thrones 4x8

Unexpected visitors arrive in Mole's Town; Littlefinger's motives are questioned; Ramsay tries to prove himself to his father; Tyrion's fate is decided.

I agree people shouldn't be posting spoilers, BUT the show is different to the books, it runs on the same basic plot but a lot of stuff is missing or changed from the books. theres a easy way STOP reading the garbage people say about the episode that hasn't aired. I disagree with anyone who says the comment section should only be left for posting of links, its obvious you's havent been here from the start when it was called tvlinks and they used to post links themselves. comments are just that, to tell others what they think and if they enjoyed it or not.

I'm soooo sorry for my mistake, yeah I actually meant exactly what you just clarified. Didn't meant to include you nice Canadians, and Alaskans of course, on that quote. I so hate it when people refer to the US as America so I get you perfectly. Sorry again LOL (I can't stop laughing).

Jokerz I can't wait for the walk of shame scene either it was one of my favorite scenes in the book since i've always hated that character.

I'm annoyed at myself for being so impatient for this episode. I wish I was just discovering GofTh now for the first time so I could binge watch it. Failing that I wish tomorrow would bloody well hurry up!

Excellent episode ! Somehow, Tyrion Lannister is one of the most intelligent, realist and pragmatic character in this serial ! I hope he won't die, "Game of thrones" wiil not be the same without this interesting dwarf !! Good lock Tyrion !! I am curious how the producers will solve this situation, because a dwarf can't win a knight or a soldier !

I guess that explains why I didn't recognize him - that's just a huge fail, not just two, but three different actors for a character who shows up in only a couple of episodes.

checkouthecomments - I am actually thinking Sansa will defend Baelish, I think the promo sets it up to look like she's attacking him but that she will be on his side. It will be interesting to see if playing the part of Theon reminds Theon of who he actually is too.

Total guess, haven't read the books, been looking for spoilers for the next ep, but without much success.

There are so many conclusions/action/set ups this episode... I think it will be the best of this season!

Things that are confirmed to appear in this ep.:

1. Reek (Theon) finally gets back to his castle just so he can betray his father later on since Reek is now fully loyal to Ramsay.

2. Sansa will try to reveal Littlefinger's lies to the people at Lysa's castle.

3. Wildings attack a town very close to castle back and we will see their reaction to the attack.

4. Tyrion's awesome fucking trial by comeback will happen with what will probably be a badass fight between Oberyn and The Mountain.

And all of this is just what they are telling us in the promo... this will be a huge ep!

Oathkeeper - Game OF Thrones S4 E4

Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen, Meera and Hodor stumble on shelter.

Ratfink, you win the douche of the day award. Why would you ruin that for the rest of the people that haven't seen the episode yet? It's not funny, it's not amusing. It's just stupid

Last time, the inbred bastard king was poisened by littlefinger and the queen of thorns, the imp took the blame, the kingslayer made love to his sister, the queen regent, next to her childs corpse, the wolf lady fled the capital, the crow arrived at the black roost, the wolf girl got one revenge with help from the hound and her claws back, the crabbers son contacts the iron bank, and the mother of dragons arrives at her third slave city. Now we'll see what happens next.
Great series, a bit off from the whole story from the books but nonetheless captures the essence of the strugle and the idea of the live and hardships of the people, and also the greed, desire and need of some. Add in some low fantasy elements and it turns out just great. Chears !

First and foremost, your question's answer goes into books that the show hasn't gotten to, so i'll answer till the books the show's done so far.
the court at king's landing knows about the walkers, but they believe it's just tales and lies told my the watch to get more men and gold. they don't believe anyone who stands witness to the existence of the walkers because the entire kingdom believes that all the walkers were killed by the first men. whereas, alot of them just went to sleep till a winter where they would rise again. the reason they're arsing this winter and not the previous ones will be revealed as the series catches up to the books

As for the retarded twit king's poising, you'll know that very very soon, somewhere in the next handful of episodes.

I am Daenerys Stormborn. Your Masters may have told you lies about me, or they may have told you nothing. It does not matter. I have nothing to say to them. I only speak to you. First, I went to Astapor. Those who were slaves in Astapor, now stand behind me, free. Next I went to Yunkai. Those who were slaves in Yunkai, now stand behind me, free. Now I have come to Meereen. I am not your enemy. Your enemy is beside you. Your enemy steals and murders your children. Your enemy has nothing for you but chains and suffering, and commands. I do not bring you commands. I bring you a choice. And I bring your enemies what they deserve." - Daenerys Targaryen

When Littlefinger arranged for Joffrey to be poisoned, he arranged for the poison to be dropped in his wine cup at some point during the wedding. He had no clue it would happen when Joffrey was forcing Tyrion to pour his wine. He had no clue that would even happen. So he wasn't framing Tyrion there, it was just coincidence that it worked out that way.

guys I have a lot of questions about the show and that's why i am re watching the series, to make sure i get most of them answeared, but as I was re-watching episode 3, I noticed that Littlefinger was framing Tyrion. (He lies to the Starks about Tyrion owning the dagger that was used to try to kill Bran Stark, knowing that it would cause Catelyn to go after revenge and kill Tyrion.) Then Tyrion escapes, and as it looks like, Littlefinger is trying to frame Tyrion again with Joffrey's murder (Clearly Littlefinger knew Joffrey was gonna die). If I'm right this is the second time Littlefinger has tried to kill Tyrion, I want to know if someone can please tell me if they know why does Littlefinger need Tyrion to be dead so badly?

The King's council were sent SEVERAL letters about the walkers...in the books and the show. If you'll remember Tyrion brought up that topic and was laughed at by the other members with comments about grumpkins.

I also firmly believe the small folk know as well...in the book and the show we are told that wildinglings are escaping the North and heading south on the Kings Road. (This is how we came to know the character Osha.) They specifically said why they were escaping....which leads me to believe that the hoards of wildinglings traveling the Kings Road would have made the same comments to the people in the towns, taverns, and passers on the road.

I have read all the books and i believe only the Nights Watch knows about the white walkers. In the books (can't remember if it happened in the show as well) one of the Nights Watch was send to Kings Landing with on of the white walkers hands (its was still moving) but the hand rotted away by the time he got there. As such no one believed him, and they just think that the Nights Watch is a bunch of superstitious idiots.

Two Swords - Game Of Thrones S4 Ep1

Tyrion welcomes a guest to King’s Landing. At Castle Black, Jon Snow finds himself unwelcome. Dany is pointed to Meereen, the mother of all slave cities. Arya runs into an old friend.

The Dude/Dudette that posts links for this first i'm hoping around.. 10pm EST ...I'll love you forever! XD I'm really hoping to get to watch this premiere before tomorrow! :D Can't wait! WOO! Winter Is Coming mofo's!

I cannot wait! And please do not post spoilers. I read the book, so I know pretty much what happens, but just don't be a fool

I think I will wait a few weeks before starting to watch this season. This show always tends to drag on for weeks with no action building up to a finale, so watching it all at once is much more gratifying than having to wait for the end. I am sure the first episode will get you hooked and set up the season, but then there won't be anything for weeks.

Believe it or not, I use tv-links for the calendar as well. But it is usually easier to copy the links from here when I am already here looking at the calendar. If I am watching several episodes of a show, then I will use watchseries, or tubeplus, or primewire.

I was not complaning at people spoiling, I know you discuss the episode in the comment section, I was complaining at people complaining at spoilers...

I wonder why people are always complaining about spoilers?!..I mean.more often than not thee people who comment those usually do put *SPOILER* in bold letters with asteriks..im confused.if yu dont wana kno then shuldnt yu jus keep scrolling rite past it and use ya big girl/big boy draws ta hold off reading thee spoilers till after yuv watched?..iono.makes sense ta me!.but ta each its own!!..

Okay guys am so angry because we have a new actor that is gonna play daario naharis am soo angry I didnt even know this. Kinda sucks cause the original actor had already dawned on me.. hate when that happens.

Don't be rude...people are excited and that's what counts. I have waited FOURTEEN YEARS for this season, we can have patience with mere days to go. This will be the bloodiest season (body count and wow factor included). This is also the introduction to my favorite house/family/characters/region....the Martells of Dorne. Oberyn is the man and his daughters; the Sand Snakes are the coolest thing EVER! (check the sigel I'm sporting...)

Chrisspeebits, there are only 5 books, two are in double volumes, six is being worked on and a more likely 7. there could be more considering it was only meant to be a three book series. There for Blablas comment is not that odd. they may started off aiming for 7 seasons but Supernatural started off aiming for 5 then changed to 10 now aim for 12 so ya know.
